The 3-point automatic espagnolette has a main lock bolt and two cassettes with automatic latch bolts. From the outside, unlocking is done by turning the key, and from the inside - using the door handle.
The 3-point automatic espagnolette used in uPVC is called GU Secury Automatic, and in aluminium - GU 3-point automatic.
