How a window screen is put together

Five lift-off frames and two roller screens. Which one suits depends on the window material, whether there is a shutter above it and how big the opening is.

The standard frame screen and the one we fit most. Hooks onto the outside of the window frame on sprung plates, with brush seals down every edge. Lifts off in seconds.

A roller screen that drops into the reveal. The mesh winds into a box at the top and a catch holds it down at the bottom, so nothing has to be stored away in October.
