1Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
If you no longer want an item, you can return it as long as:
- It hasn’t been used or assembled.
- It’s in perfect condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- It’s returned to us securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
Once received and checked, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.
Note: We can’t accept returns of items that are damaged, used, or incomplete. Return shipping is at your own cost, and we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

2Custom Orders – Made Just for You
We take great care to manufacture made‑to‑order products to your exact specifications.
- Because these items are tailored for you, they cannot be returned or refunded.
- We follow standard industry tolerances of ±1.5 mm.
- Once the order is confirmed and signed off, no changes can be made without additional cost.
In the unlikely event your made‑to‑order item is damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no extra charge.
3What If Something Arrives Damaged?
We carefully package every item, but accidents during delivery can happen. Please:
- Inspect your parcel on arrival. If there’s visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork (POD).
- Report any damage within 2 days of receiving your item.
- Do not assemble or use the item before checking it.
- Contact us via royaldoors.co.uk — we’ll ask for 5 clear photos to help resolve this quickly.
